Supported borrowing, returns, and material location at a high-volume circulation desk. Organized and shelved materials using the Library of Congress Classification System, maintained circulation records, and supported daily operations.
Mentored first-year students on academic goals, time management, and study strategies. Collaborated with faculty and staff to connect students with campus resources and student success initiatives.
Assisted library faculty with research and data collection. Conducted literature searches across academic databases and organized materials for faculty research and administrative needs.
